Legal Information

Acquisition, possession, distribution, procurement, production, and manufacturing, as well as import and export of most psychoactive substances, and advertising for them are illegal. This applies regardless of the source of procurement (i.e., substances acquired on the internet can also fall under the Narcotics Act). Information on the Narcotics Act can be found at https://partywise.app/library.

If you buy, possess, or consume these substances, the police can press charges against you – even for small quantities! Especially when purchasing substances online, there is a risk of getting into legal trouble because the alleged anonymity ends when you have the ordered substances sent to your address. There is a special regulation for cannabis; for quantities of up to 9.9 grams and legal age, a fine is issued without prosecution.

Despite violating the law, you have rights:

  • During personal checks, it is sufficient to provide your name, first name, date of birth, place of residence, hometown, and occupation. You do not need to provide information about your workplace, income, criminal record, or other personal circumstances.
  • Without an ID, you can be detained until your identity is verified, but no longer than 24 hours.
  • If arrested, you have the right to remain silent to avoid self-incrimination. When being interrogated, you have the right to have a lawyer present – you are entitled to it. In case of arrest, the officers must inform you of the alleged crime you are accused of.
